In Minnesota, they are calling on behalf of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Complain to the newspaper and some of it's more high-end advertisers.

Some one from this number called me numerous times over the last 2 weeks and most of the time it just rings or clicks off. The other day they called and it rang but then some lady answered in which I could hardly understand. Something about customer appreciation from Art Van in Grand Rapids MI. I called Art Van in Grand Rapids and they told there was no such thing going on. They confirmed it was a scam

never answered but get phone calls at least a couple of times every day.

Keeps calling every other hour!
